Change begins within a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, and the most important thing to me is that you feel understood and supported.

We’ll build skills to handle fear and anxiety while increasing flexibility, self-compassion, and tolerance for discomfort. Our work will focus on helping you live with anxiety or OCD instead of letting it be in control. I also offer harm reduction support for exploring alcohol use or other coping behaviors that may no longer feel aligned with the life you want to live. Small shifts in how you relate to anxiety can have a powerful impact on your relationships, confidence, and daily life.
