Hello and welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from Simmons University in Boston, MA (2011). I completed clinical research training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at the University of Michigan Health Child OCD and Anxiety Clinic.

I bring nearly 20 years of clinical experience and have provided individual and group psychotherapy across community mental health, healthcare, school, and research settings in Massachusetts, Oregon, Michigan, and Colorado. My work is grounded in social justice, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all clients.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including CBT and ERP, and is complemented by elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion. I also support adults in exploring their relationship with anxiety and coping strategies that may no longer be serving them, including alcohol use, using a nonjudgmental and compassionate approach.

Originally trained in attachment-based theory, I believe that a strong, supportive, and therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. It is a privilege to work alongside my clients in this process.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking, gardening, practicing yoga, baking, and spending time with my family and dogs.
