Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others navigating similar challenges related to anxiety, OCD, and harm reduction. Groups are skills-based and structured, with a strong focus on learning and practicing practical strategies while connecting with others and increasing perspective.

Using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), groups support participants in building confidence in facing fears, reducing avoidance, and responding to anxiety more flexibly. Groups are accessible to individuals at all stages of change after completing an individual assessment.

Group therapy options will be offered periodically throughout the year and may focus on:

  • Parent accommodation and support

  • General ERP and anxiety skills

  • Harm reduction and sober curiosity
